We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will act as a functional lead, working directly with business stakeholders, finance users, and project teams to design and implement Oracle EPM solutions that align with organizational objectives. The role requires solid consulting capabilities, business process knowledge, solution design expertise, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional Consulting
- Conduct business process discovery and requirement gathering workshops.
- Analyze existing planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle EPM functional solutions.
- Recommend Oracle leading practices and process improvements.
- Prepare functional design documents, solution blueprints, and requirement specifications.
