About Spirezen:

Spirezen Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a Coimbatore-based multi-vertical company spanning digital marketing and branding (TheDaleDigiNova), MUN conferences and leadership training (TheDaleMUN), communication and digital-skills workshops (TheDaleWordweft), enterprise SaaS (Spirezen ERP, Finance Manager), and recruitment and outreach (Clout Circle). We build and ship our own web platforms and internal tools, and we're looking for a hands-on MERN developer to help scale them.

Role Summary:

We're hiring a Marketing Team Lead to own and run Spirezen's full marketing function — Sales, Content Writing, Social Media, and Public Relations — as one coordinated team. You'll manage the Sales Executive(s), Content Writer, and PRO directly, set the strategy each of them executes against, and be accountable for how those efforts convert into leads, brand visibility, and revenue across Spirezen's verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly manage and coordinate the Sales, Content Writing, Social Media,



and PRO functions as one team, with each specialist reporting into you.

Set monthly and quarterly marketing strategy across verticals (TheDaleDigiNova, TheDaleMUN, TheDaleWordweft, Spirezen ERP/Finance Manager, Clout Circle) and translate it into concrete briefs for each team member.

Own the sales pipeline at a strategic level — set targets for the Sales Executive(s), review conversion rates, and step in on key deals when needed. Review and approve content calendars, SEO content, and social media output before publishing to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Oversee PR strategy and public-facing brand reputation, working with the PRO on media relations and event coordination.

Run regular check-ins with each function (sales, content, social, PR) to unblock issues and keep output aligned to priorities. Track and report on marketing KPIs — lead volume, conversion rate, content performance, social growth,
