Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Executive
to lead and manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and other online channels. The ideal candidate should have robust marketplace expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple client accounts while driving sales growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of multiple marketplace seller accounts.
- Handle product listing creation, catalog management, and content optimization.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and Buy Box performance.
- Coordinate order processing,



returns, replacements, and customer issue resolution.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional activities.
- Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Track sales performance, profitability, and marketplace KPIs.
- Analyze reports and recommend strategies to improve sales and conversions.
- Resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, and policy violations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, content, warehouse, and client servicing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and industry trends.
- Mentor junior marketplace executives and ensure operational accuracy.

Required Skills
- Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces is
