Role & responsibilities

1. Welcome every customer warmly and understand their vision and eyewear requirements.
2. Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, sunglasses, and lenses based on their prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and budget.
3. Explain the features and advantages of different lens options, including anti-glare, blue-light protection, photochromic, progressive, and premium lenses.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and cross-selling.
5. Recommend complementary products such as sunglasses, contact lenses, lens care solutions, and accessories.
6. Take accurate frame measurements, including PD (Pupillary Distance), fitting height, and frame adjustments as required.
7. Generate quotations, prepare invoices, and process payments accurately using the billing system.
8. Coordinate with the optical lab to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
9. Inform customers about order status and ensure timely delivery of spectacles.
10. Handle customer concerns, after-sales service, adjustments, repairs,



and warranty claims professionally.
11. Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of frames and accessories.
12. Monitor inventory, stock movement, and report shortages or damaged products.
13. Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
14. Maintain customer records, prescriptions, and purchase history accurately.
15. Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
16. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
17. Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the companys dress code and grooming standards.
18. Follow company policies, SOPs, attendance, and ethical business practices.
19. Assist during promotional events, eye camps, exhibitions, and in-store marketing activities.
