Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. This position assists in supervising store staff, managing schedules, and monitoring sales performance to meet revenue and productivity targets. The role involves overseeing visual merchandising, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.



The Assistant Store Manager also handles customer inquiries and concerns, promotes customer satisfaction, and supports retail loss prevention procedures. The role includes collaborating with the Store Manager on training, performance feedback, and implementing initiatives to drive customer engagement and store growth.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create a welcoming store experience.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management capabilities to support daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and merchandising.
- Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to help safeguard inventory, reduce shrinkage, and uphold store policies.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion stores, preferably in children’s apparel and footwear.
