What would you do?
To own end-to-end candidate sourcing, interview scheduling,



and coordination for a defined portfolio of requisitions by building quality talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and ensuring seamless interview execution across HR, technical, and leadership rounds. The role serves as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, timely assessments and feedback, strong turnaround times, and accurate ATS data management.
- Strong hands-on experience in interview scheduling and coordination-heavy roles.
- Comfort with calendar tools such as Outlook and Google Calendar for scheduling across time zones.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong prioritization ability.
- Strong follow-up, responsiveness, and attention to detail across every touchpoint in the interview cycle.
