Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into fractional property owners. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients,



conducting meetings and property presentations, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute local campaigns. The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine positioning and sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also prepare proposals, negotiate terms, maintain accurate CRM records, and work closely with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications
- Robust business development and sales skills
, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Experience in client relationship management &
consultative selling.
- Knowledge of real estate or proptech markets, especially residential or holiday home segments, is an added Advantage.
- Ability to
