Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned region, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth through effective planning and execution of sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners,



and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and ensuring that customer experience and service standards are consistently met. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in promotional activities, and support leadership in achieving overall business objectives.
