Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the design industry
- Assist in developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients and partners
- Help analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting through various channels (Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Help track and report on key business development metrics and KPIs
- Contribute ideas for improving business development processes and strategies
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain practical experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development strategies
- Learn how to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Develop skills in market research and competitive analysis

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Positive written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of business concepts and sales principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Available to work 35-40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in sales/business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of design thinking principles
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
