- 5+ years of experience in macOS Endpoint Management within large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and device management.
- Expertise in Installomator for automated application deployment and updates.
- Proficient in Application Lifecycle Management (deployment, upgrades, patching, and retirement).
- Strong experience with macOS Update Management and security patch deployment.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Jamf Policies, Smart Groups and Configuration Profiles.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Experience with software packaging, testing, validation and phased deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of macOS security, compliance and endpoint management best practices.
- Experience managing Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, restrictions and security configurations through MDM profiles.
- Ability to troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment and policy-related issues.
- Experience generating compliance, inventory and patch management reports.
- Solid collaboration, documentation, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
