Role Description
The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end commercial leasing cycle, including identifying suitable properties, coordinating site visits, negotiating lease terms,



and supporting documentation and closure. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, tracking lease renewals and expiries, and preparing leasing proposals and market analyses. The role also involves monitoring local market trends, collaborating with internal teams for marketing and finance inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be expected to represent Address Advisors professionally in client meetings and contribute to leasing strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of commercial real estate markets, leasing processes, and legal/contractual aspects of commercial leases.
