Senior Manager I Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – Sourcing & Vendor Management to lead large-scale frontline hiring while managing the organization's recruitment vendor ecosystem. This role will drive workforce planning, develop creative sourcing strategies, build scalable talent pipelines, oversee staffing partners, and ensure strong governance, compliance, and commercial excellence across all recruitment vendors.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring, recruitment operations, vendor management, workforce planning, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Sourcing Strategy
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business growth and manpower requirements.
- Partner with Business Leaders, Operations, and HRBPs to forecast hiring demand.




- Build scalable hiring models for city expansion and seasonal workforce planning.
- Drive sourcing through referrals, job portals, social media, local hiring drives, community outreach, ITIs, skill development institutes, apprenticeship programs, NGOs, staffing partners, and hyperlocal campaigns.
- Increase direct hiring through referrals and institutional partnerships while reducing dependency on external agencies.

Vendor Management & Governance
- Manage staffing agencies and recruitment partners across multiple regions.
- Develop vendor governance frameworks, scorecards, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
- Lead vendor onboarding, evaluation, contract renewals, and periodic business reviews.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships while ensuring service quality and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with recruitment vendors.
