Job Description:

We are hiring for the Technical Support Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The role involves handling customer calls, providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Skills Required:
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle voice calls effectively.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
- 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Work from office.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Relevant voice process experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications:
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)

Experience:




- 0–3 years.

Age:
- 18–35 years.

Salary:
- 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)
- DOJ: 16th July 2026
