Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to manufacturing or construction environments and experience managing a multi-location workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws




- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, and related compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, government authorities, and statutory filings.
- Maintain statutory records and registers across Head Office, Plant, Warehouses, and Project Sites.

2. Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Government Sales, Project Sales, Production, Quality, Design, Finance, Accounts, HR, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Prepare Job Descriptions, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, roll out offers, and manage onboarding.
- Build recruitment pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined recruitment TAT.
