Role Overview
- We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow accounts on GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) marketplaces.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling either domestic or international marketplace/website operations and will be comfortable working night shift hours to align with GCC region business timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account operations on GCC marketplaces
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog management for domestic or international marketplace websites.
- Monitor account health, sales performance, and marketplace metrics; take corrective action where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility.
- Resolve marketplace queries, disputes, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports on account performance, sales trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines specific to the GCC region.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with GCC marketplaces (international website operations).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce/marketplace account management processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and marketplace representatives.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace seller/vendor panels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
