The Attention Co. is looking for a
Video Editing Intern
who is excited to learn, create, and grow in the world of content, podcasts, personal branding, and social media.

We work with founders, creators, leaders, and brands to build high-quality digital content across platforms. This role is for someone who understands the pace of social media, enjoys editing videos, and wants hands-on experience working on real content that goes out to large audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media clips
- Cut podcast episodes into engaging highlight clips
- Add subtitles, captions, basic graphics, music, sound effects, and transitions
- Create clean, platform-ready edits for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Assist senior editors with full-length podcast edits and client content
- Organise footage, project files, and assets properly
- Understand briefs and make edits based on feedback




- Support the team with quick turnarounds and daily content requirements

Who We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Understanding of short-form content and what makes a reel engaging
- Positive eye for pacing, cuts, captions, music, and visual flow
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment
- Organised, responsible, and willing to take ownership
- Interest in podcasts, creators, social media, and digital storytelling

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, and podcast formats
- Ability to create basic thumbnails or social media assets
- Experience editing personal content, college projects, reels, or YouTube videos
