Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- HR Recruitment & Employee Record Management
- Employee Engagement Activities & Fun Initiatives
- Maintaining employee relations
- Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
