Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in factory HR or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in industrial relations.
- Proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
