Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Guwahati. The Sales Manager will lead and grow the regional sales pipeline for rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions, from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. The role involves meeting potential customers,



understanding their energy needs, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report on market trends, incentives, and competitive activity across North East India. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing and mentoring sales representatives, conducting field visits, organizing local outreach or awareness campaigns, and upholding Skyros Solar’s customer service and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
