- As a Service Engineer at INGSOL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment
- You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the optimal performance of our products
- This position requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning and service of German machinery Field Service Management: Coordinate and execute on-site service visits in India Abroad, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and client communication
- Performance Tuning: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement necessary adjustments to optimize equipment functionality
- Industrial Automation: Possess a basic understanding of industrial automation systems to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities
- Tool Utilization: Utilize a variety of tools and equipment during servicing operations,



ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols
- Client Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical guidance, training and support

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in VMS management and other relevant software applications
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics systems and maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems and their components
- Positive communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site service visits
