About the Role

Emdee Digitronics is looking for a detail-oriented, sharp-eyed and experienced Senior Manager - Accounts to oversee the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will take overall charge of Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation and Banking functions, and will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, banking, and supporting business decisions through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall charge of Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation and Banking functions, along with audit and statutory compliance, for the organisation.
- Manage the organisation's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee costing processes and cost analysis to support project and product profitability decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements,



and financial analyses for management review.
- Handle sales accounting, customer collections, and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Track project-wise profitability and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
- Ensure timely payment of, and compliance with, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory dues.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and all applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate and manage internal audits, statutory audits, and other regulatory audit requirements.
- Recommend process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking transactions, reconciliations, and financing requirements on a need basis.
- Conduct financial due diligence for recent business proposals and projects.
- Oversee payroll accounting and carry out periodic salary reconciliation.
