Key Responsibilities:
- Windchill Technical Leader - Data Migration (10+ Years Experience)
- Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead end-to-end data migration strategy for Windchill+ implementations.
- Conduct as-is → to-be data process mapping for: o CAD data o Documents o WTParts and EBOMs
- o Change Management data o Classification and metadata structures • Identify data gaps, cleansing requirements, quality rules, and transformation logic. • Define migration scope, sequencing, and cutover plan aligned with business readiness. Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Execution •
- Utilize Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool, loaders, and APIs to execute large-scale migrations. •
- Develop data load files, scripts, mappings, and transformation utilities. • Manage pre-load validation, load execution, post-load verification, and error resolution. •
- Optimize migration performance and coordinate with SaaS tenants for Windchill+ constraints and update schedules. Legacy Data Analysis Preparation •
- Analyze legacy system schemas (PLM/PDM/CAD/ERP) to build robust mapping templates. • Standardize naming conventions, versioning rules, WTPart structures, and CAD–WTPart associations. •
