Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and align on hiring expectations.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through every interaction.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and the seamless integration of recent hires.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and employee relations activities.
- Maintain recruitment data, hiring trackers, and HR documentation to ensure process accuracy.
