We are looking 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Sales Engineering within IT Services or Digital Engineering companies. The candidate must have hands-on experience in customer solutioning, requirement gathering, proposal creation, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, POCs, enterprise sales support, and stakeholder management. Experience in Web, Mobile, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Digital Transformation, Microsoft technologies, and BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare domains is preferred. Prior experience leading or mentoring a pre-sales team is an advantage. Exclude candidates whose experience is primarily software development, testing, infrastructure, or support without substantial pre-sales responsibilities.
