- Design, develop, and validate mechanical structures, frames, enclosures, supports, and structural assemblies using engineering principles and CAD software.
- Perform structural calculations, stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and load assessments to ensure product reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation for production and installation.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and project teams to optimize structural designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and performance.
- Select appropriate materials, fastening methods, welding techniques,



and fabrication processes based on mechanical requirements and environmental conditions.
- Review prototypes, conduct structural testing, analyze test results, identify design improvements, and implement corrective engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, customer specifications, and organizational engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support production, installation, and maintenance teams by resolving structural engineering issues, providing technical guidance, participating in design reviews, and continuously improving engineering processes through innovation, documentation, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
