Key Purpose of the Role :
Inside Sales is responsible for: 1) Lead Qualification New lead generation and lead handling, establishing contact, understanding requirements from the customer. Lead filtering and Lead Qualification. Leveraging CRM for all these activities 2) Platform Demo / Intro The role essentially is aimed at making the platform a go to system for all the subscribers for their biomass and biofuel trades. Giving value based demos to the customer based on the need analysis.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Market Development function for target databases.
- Collaborate with Marketing on awareness campaigns.
- Generate leads (interest) through tele-calling, mail and Whatsapp messages and filter leads which are to be taken forward.
- Schedule and conduct online/ offline events for technology demonstration. Give a platform demo and value pitch to customers.
- Online engagement with leads to establish high level product fit.
- Lead qualification and handover to direct sales.
- Record & manage all customer data in Monday.com CRM.




- Take follow-ups from customers & sales team till lead enters POC stage (Proof of Concept).

What Key Tasks will be involved?

1. Team Management

a. Manages the team of Inside Sales Executives.

b. Drive Strategic Initiatives within team.

c. Work collaboratively with stakeholders in expanding into recent geographies and markets.

The key responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive are as below and the Lead should have experience in the same.

1. Lead generation

a. Customer databases to be prepared using interest resources.

b. Tele calling to validate their contact details and interest.

c. Qualified leads to be entered in CRM for further process

2. Lead handling

a. Contact the customer via phone / mail / whatsapp to understand his requirement in details

b. Give him an introduction to BiofuelCircle services

c. Capture his contact details & requirement in CRM
