About the team: The Capital Markets, Accounting Advisory and Structuring (CMAS) team advises clients on accounting, company law and capital markets matters across both transactions (including M&A;, listings, and debt raises) and business-as-usual scenarios (including finance transformation, accounting and regulatory change, and internal restructures). Our multidisciplinary team brings deep technical expertise and broad market experience across a wide range of industries. We support senior clients as they navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment, helping them design solutions that meet commercial objectives while addressing regulatory, accounting, and capital markets requirements. In Deals, we provide strategic guidance across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and transformational business events, helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value. We advise multinational, publiclytraded companies and private equity firms on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting and capital markets topics,



including IPOs, debt offerings, private placements and postdeal accounting. Our Deals and CMAS teams are based in UK and Kolkata and you will be in a location with Deals Financial Due Diligence teams based in India, as well as the CMAS team in Kolkata. The role We are a team of specialists, and your role in CMAS as a Senior Manager will involve applying technical expertise to solve problems and advise clients as they navigate changes in their business.
