Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and promote Vertex’s IT infrastructure solutions and services to prospective and existing clients. The role includes developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, leading client meetings and demos,



and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions, ensure accurate scoping, and support smooth handover from sales to execution. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking market trends, monitoring competitors, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, and reporting on performance and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT infrastructure or technology solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
