The Anaamalais Group is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team at our Theni location. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience who are looking to build their career in recruitment and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and other HR operations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/MSW in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Local candidates from Theni or nearby areas are preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
