Role Description
The Sr. Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will create high-quality motion graphics and visual content for brand campaigns, advertisements, digital platforms, and other promotional materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing motion assets, storyboarding,



producing and editing video content, and collaborating closely with the creative, branding, and marketing teams. The Sr. Motion Graphic Designer will also refine and maintain visual brand consistency, contribute to creative strategy discussions, and support junior designers through guidance and feedback. This role requires hands-on execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
