Job Summary
SANeForce is looking for a Customer Success Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, CRM Application Support or SaaS Product Support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer support for our CRM software application, resolving customer queries, troubleshooting application-related issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Candidates with experience supporting CRM or SaaS applications are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, email, chat and remote support sessions.
- Handle customer queries related to the SANeForce CRM application.
- Troubleshoot functional and application-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Log, track, prioritize and update customer issues using a ticketing/helpdesk system.
- Escalate product defects and complex technical issues to the Product, QA or Development teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure faster issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until complete resolution and closure of support tickets.
- Educate customers on product features, workflows and best practices.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality support within SLA timelines.
- Document customer interactions, issue resolutions and knowledge base articles.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests to internal teams.
