Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and packaging operations at our Nutraceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, cGMP compliance, manpower management, process optimization, and team leadership while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery. Similar production leadership roles in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing emphasize end-to-end planning, GMP compliance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily manufacturing and packaging operations.

* Execute production plans and achieve daily/monthly output targets.

* Ensure compliance with cGMP, FSSAI, SOPs, GDP, and EHS requirements.

* Optimize manpower, machine utilization, productivity,



and batch yields.

* Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

* Lead and develop production and packaging teams.

* Ensure proper batch documentation, reconciliation, and audit readiness.

* Handle manufacturing of Tablets, Capsules, Powders, Sachets, Liquids, Gummies, and other nutraceutical dosage forms.

* Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

* Ensure maintenance, qualification, and effective utilization of production and packaging equipment.
