We are looking for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
with solid hands-on expertise in
Employee Central, EC Time Off and Employee Central Payroll
.

Mandatory Skills

✅ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

✅ EC Time Off configuration

✅ Employee Central Payroll

✅ EC-to-ECP integration

✅ Payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types

✅ Payroll control records and payroll processing

✅ Country-specific payroll compliance

✅ End-to-end implementation or rollout experience

✅ SAP SuccessFactors EC and EC Time Off certifications

Key Responsibilities

? Lead or support SuccessFactors EC and Time Off implementations

? Configure business rules, workflows, time types, time accounts and accrual rules

? Manage integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

? Troubleshoot employee replication and payroll processing issues

? Support pre-payroll and post-payroll activities





? Conduct requirement workshops, testing, documentation and user training

? Collaborate with global stakeholders, HR teams and technical teams

? Support upgrades, enhancements, cutover and production activities

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently handle client discussions and has recent project experience in:

• EC and Time Off configuration

• ECP implementation or support

• Payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types

• SAP BTP or CPI-based integration

• Global or country-specific payroll processes
