E-commerce Executive

? Location: Bangalore

? Experience: 2–3 years

Interview Mode: Virtual/ Face to Face Interview

? Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or related field

? We’re looking for energetic and detail-oriented professionals who can support and manage day-to-day e-commerce and quick commerce operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage product listings across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Ensure correct pricing, product descriptions, images, and stock availability.

Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth dispatch. Handle cancellations, returns, and basic customer support issues.

Support operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick commerce platforms. Track stock availability, fill rates, and platform performance regularly.

Assist in executing promotions, campaigns,



and offer setups on marketplaces.

Work on OMS/WMS or aggregator tools such as Vinculum, Fynd, or similar platforms.

Maintain inventory updates, order status tracking, and basic operational reports.

Basic Excel knowledge is mandatory (order tracking, reports, simple formulas).

Good communication skills and willingness to work in a quick-paced environment.

Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or marketplace operations is preferred.
