Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized Workday configurations to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor Management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in Workday Functional Consulting or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Workday Core HCM module including data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience with integrating multiple systems using APIs or other integration tools like MuleSoft etc.
