We're Hiring | Accounts & MIS Executive

Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical skilled to join our team as an Accounts & MIS Executive.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who is equally comfortable working with data, creating management dashboards, and developing efficient reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Design and maintain qualified dashboards for business reporting.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Develop and automate reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts, Finance,



or MIS reporting.
- Strong command of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
