About the Role

As Manager — Business Finance, you'll work directly with the founders on financial strategy,

fundraising, and investor relations. It's a broad, high-ownership role covering everything from

day-to-day financial modelling to board-level reporting and investor engagement — ideal for

someone who wants exposure to every layer of a scaling business's finance function.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain detailed cash flow projections and financial models to

support business planning and decision-making





• Support fundraising efforts — preparing investor decks, managing data

rooms, and running term sheet analysis

• Develop investor analytics, track key KPIs, and generate board-level

reports

• Own the monthly MIS process, P&L; monitoring, and variance analysis

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and legal counsel on financial matters

What We're Looking For

• CA / CS / MBA Finance from a reputed institute

• 3–6 years of experience; prior exposure to a startup or fund environment

preferred

• Strong financial modelling skills and comfort operating with ambiguity in

a fast-moving workplace
