Role Description
This full time, on-site Jewelry Sales Consultant / Store Manager role is based in the Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Jaipur, Agra and Bangalore. The role involves welcoming and guiding customers, understanding their preferences, presenting jewellery collections, and providing expert product advice to support purchasing decisions. The Store Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring accurate visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and security standards.



The position requires monitoring sales performance, driving revenue through consultative selling, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and repeat business. The individual will also train and support store staff, handle escalated customer concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
