About the role

This is a senior, high-trust role for someone who wants to help build a company, not just run models. As BIM Lead and Founder's Associate you will own technical delivery across Arangath's UK and Indian civil and water infrastructure projects setting standards, coordinating the team, and acting as the founder's right hand on everything from BEP production to client review. You will be one of the first senior hires, shaping how the delivery operation works as it grows. It suits an experienced BIM Coordinator / Manager ready to step up into leadership and take ownership of quality, process and people.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end BIM delivery on UK and Indian civil, water and infrastructure projects, to ISO 19650 Parts 1 & 2.
- Produce project BIM Execution Plans in response to Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs), and lead data-drop planning.
- Set up and administer Common Data Environments (ACC / BIM360 / ProjectWise) and enforce standards, naming and QA/QC.




- Lead federated model coordination and Navisworks clash detection; run coordination reviews and resolution workflows.
- Manage, mentor and quality-check BIM modellers; allocate work and safeguard delivery timelines.
- Interface directly with UK clients and the London team — scoping calls, technical queries, review comments and AIM handover.
- Support 4D sequencing (Synchro) and digital-delivery consultancy for Tier 2 contractors entering AMP8 frameworks.
- As Founder's Associate: contribute to hiring, delivery process, tooling decisions, estimating / scoping and the growth of the Kochi operation.

Essential skills & experience
- 6–10 years in BIM with demonstrable coordination / lead / management responsibility.
- Deep proficiency across Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks Manage; command of CDE administration.
- Proven experience producing BEPs and delivering to defined LOD and information-management standards.
- Robust leadership, mentoring and QA/QC discipline; able to run a deliver
