Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer to join our upcoming Corrugating roll manufacturing facility (Precise Steel Roll manufacturing). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in installing, commissioning, and maintaining state-of-the-art machines. Additionally, they will collaborate with architects to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements,
and as the production commences, lead a team for ongoing maintenance and expansion. He shall be responsible for maintaining the entire facility, encompassing building systems, electrical infrastructure, mechanical equipment, and material handling systems. This role will also involve managing the licensing process for compliance certificates from government agencies. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing principles is essential
Install and commission machinery, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with architects to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for optimal factory layout.
Oversee the construction phase, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and compliance with industry regulations.
Manage the licensing process for compliance certificates from government agencies.
