Role Description
The Account Manager role at ProHance is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client business objectives, coordinating platform onboarding and adoption, and ensuring consistent delivery of value through ProHance solutions. The Account Manager will monitor account performance,



prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This role also involves maintaining account plans, supporting renewal processes, and contributing feedback to enhance ProHance’s products and services.

Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client service, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or technology environments.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to understand client performance, identify trends, and drive actionable recommendations.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
