We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Reel Content Writer who can create high-performing short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, social media trends, storytelling, and how to write content that captures attention within the first three seconds.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, and industry news.
- Create compelling hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Develop educational, storytelling, promotional, and entertaining content.
- Write captions, CTAs, and content descriptions.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas and monthly content calendars.




- Adapt writing style for different industries and client brands.
- Ensure content aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Optimize scripts for audience retention and engagement.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve future scripts.

Required Skills
- Excellent English writing skills (Grammar & Storytelling).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook algorithms.
- Ability to write concise, engaging scripts (30–60 seconds).
- Solid research and fact-checking skills.
- Understanding of audience psychology and viral content.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
