Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counselling to students interested in pursuing higher education in Australia.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including university applications and offer acceptance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and assist with Genuine Student (GS) statements and visa documentation.
- Coordinate with Australian universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Stay updated with Australian immigration policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through consultations and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support team development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Australia student counselling or overseas education.
- Robust knowledge of Australian universities, admission procedures, and student visa processes.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
