Why This Role Matters
This is not a typical marketing role.
As one of our earliest team members, you will work directly with the founders and help build our growth engine from the ground up.
You will have ownership over experiments, campaigns,
messaging, and customer acquisition.
Your work could directly improve the lives of millions of people.
What You Will DoGrowth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Meta, Google, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage lead generation funnels and optimize CAC.
- Run rapid experiments to identify scalable growth channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
Content & Brand Building
- Create educational, emotional, and engaging health content.
- Build Make My Health's social media presence.
- Help define our brand voice and positioning.
- Work on landing pages, webinars, email campaigns, and community initiatives.
Customer Research
- Speak with users and understand their pain points.
- Conduct interviews and gather insights from patients.
- Translate customer insights into better messaging and campaigns.
Founder Collaboration
- Work directly with founders on GTM strategy.
