Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute media plans for digital campaigns, with a focus on Instagram.
2. Maintain and update the plan approval/disapproval tracker, consolidating all campaign plans into a single master sheet.
3.



Track and stay updated on market costs for Instagram page placements and other digital ad inventory.
4. Decode client briefs and translate campaign objectives into structured, actionable media plans.
5. Identify the type of content required for each plan and correctly categorize it within the overall campaign structure.
6. Liaise and negotiate with vendors, publishers, and page owners for ad placements and rates.
7. Turn around media plans quickly to meet tight campaign timelines.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure media plans align with broader marketing and distribution strategy.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in media planning (agency background preferred)
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Good negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Instagram ad/page market costs, or a strong willingness
