Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Follow company guidelines and customer service procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.

Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in Morning or Night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with chat support or email support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
