eTutorsZone is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Online Computer Science Tutor to teach middle and high school students in one-on-one and small-group online classes. The ideal candidate should be able to make programming engaging while building students' problem-solving and computational thinking skills. Responsibilities Teach Computer Science to middle and high school students in an online workplace. Deliver lessons on programming fundamentals, algorithms, and problem-solving. Teach Python and Java programming from beginner to intermediate levels. Help students understand object-oriented programming and basic data structures. Create engaging coding exercises, projects, and assignments. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and academic coordinators. Prepare students for school coursework, coding competitions,
and introductory AP Computer Science concepts when applicable. Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience teaching or tutoring middle school and/or high school students. Strong programming knowledge in: Python Java Programming fundamentals Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Algorithms and problem-solving Excellent communication and online teaching skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to teach using Google Meet.
