THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring together marketing strategy and onground market execution. This is a market-facing role — you'll spend significant time with

retailers, distributors, sales teams, and consumers, and translate that field learning into

brand plans, activations, and campaigns that actually move the needle in South Indian

markets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own marketing strategy, positioning, and campaign planning while staying

closely connected to trade and field realities.

• Build and execute trade visibility, POSM, sampling, and BTL activation plans

across GT, wholesale, SS, and distributor channels.

• Work hand-in-hand with sales teams to convert market insights into brand and

activation decisions.

• Travel regularly to priority markets — outlet visits, distributor meetings, retailer





conversations, and consumer touchpoints are core to this job, not occasional

add-ons.

• Guide content and digital/social communication in line with marketing strategy.

• Track campaign and activation performance, and continuously refine plans

based on field feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in food, beverage, or adjacent FMCG categories (dairy, snacks,

spices, dessert mixes, masalas, packaged foods, drinks, etc.)

• Min 4 years’ experience in Trade/ Marketing function

• Solid exposure to offline/trade channels — GT, wholesale, SSM, distributors,

retailers, HoReCa, or caterers.

• A track record that blends brand/new product development/packaging/campaign

work with trade visibility, POSM, or activation execution.

• Genuine field comfort — real experience doing outlet visits and working

alongside sales and distributor teams, not just strategy from a desk.
