The Job
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions for TOC operations, including anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, alert optimization, and self-healing workflows using Python and ML techniques.
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications and automation tools to improve incident analysis, operational efficiency, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Design and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python, SQL/PostgreSQL, and related technologies to process operational data at scale.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, internal tools, and cloud-based solutions that enhance monitoring, automation, and overall IT operations.

Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, AI/automation, or backend engineering with hands-on expertise in Python, Linux, SQL/PostgreSQL, API development, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals with the ability to build automation scripts, backend services, and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML concepts, GenAI applications, or LLM integrations through professional projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), RAG frameworks, Pandas, NumPy, and React will be an added advantage.
