Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development role based in Mumbai, focused on revenue-share only compensation. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



generate leads within the maritime and ship management sectors, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, presenting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape proposals and pricing strategies. The role involves managing the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals, maintaining accurate records in CRM or equivalent tools, and providing ongoing customer support to promote retention and upsell opportunities. The person in this position will be expected to proactively drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up.
